(.570) How the Blue Jackets play in the final week of the regular season will determine whether or not the club will make an appearance in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time in franchise history. Columbus didn't play well in Week 26, dropping two of the three games on its slate, including a deflating 1-0 overtime loss to the Blackhawks.

They'll eventually secure that first-ever berth, but they're learning a valuable lesson from the hockey gods in the process: don't advertise the tickets until you've made the stinking playoffs. That 12 to 13 area seems about right. One thing that bothered me about this week's comments were that even though the team lost, few failed to mention that they picked up points in all of those losses but one.

Onto the playoffs!
