LTL/fellow LTL readers,

I am speechless.. we really need to do better.. I wonder if I observed the same issues as other readers... let me know your thoughts..

1. Watching other games (for instance Anaheim vs. Buffalo) it appears that they are playing at a higher level/tempo, it appears to me we are playing in 3rd gear while other games seem to be in 4th.. We need to step it up and increase the intensity..

2. Have our boys given up on the PP/PK ?? It is almost as if they hang their head before the PP/PK even starts..

3. Lots of passengers every single game, I thought in last nights game Huselius, Umberger, Voracek and Peca stepped up their game while everyone else was just hanging on for the ride.. Nash was hard to notice but Malhotra was completely invisible.. Now that I mentioned the best 4 players I will mention the worst and unnoticed..

Commodore/Hedja, both -2.. I am sorry but our shutdown pair needs to be aware of Jarome fricking Iginla for crying out loud.. HM to Methot the ONLY positive player (+1) last night, also getting more minutes then Hedja.. Rome and Russell were OK.. Tyutin seems to be wearing a bit thin, have you guys noticed Tyutin isn't playing as well as he has been playing.. Tyutin needs a breather..

Chimera and Torres are both clearly not 100% and that is obvious in their performance. They need to get out of their slump and start contributing..

Dorsett, Boll, Murray did OK but can do better.(But let's be honest they are 3rd/4th line guys)

The invisibles (or should step up but arent) Nash, Malholtra, Willliams, our so called playmakers and top forward are just not very visible and all are getting plenty of ice time..
