"Punch Adam Foote in the face night"

I think The Fan 1460/97.1 is upping their CBJ anty lately. My guess is the anty is upping because the ratings are as well.

I was driving back to work from lunch today and not only heard a "CBJ Buzz" segment with quotes from Freddy Modin and Marc Methot but they also were advertising a new promotion for the game against the Avalanche on February 10th called:

"Punch Adam Foote in the face night" @ Catalfino's Italian in Pickerington.

Join the Common Man and The Torg on Tuesday, February 10th from 7 to 9pm at Catalfino's Italian in Pickerington for a Punch Adam Foote in the Face viewing party. The Fan Girls will be on hand to play games and we'll be giving away new Fan Gear, hockey and Nickelback tickets, and best of all a year's worth of Catalfino's pizza! There will also be food and drink specials all night long. Come on out and have some fun hating!

Good to see The Fan having some fun w/ the CBJ for once and organizing some events around some of the more prominant story lines.

I starting to think Foote bailing on this squad like he did may have been the best thing to happen to this franchise. Fans are rallying and we have our "villian".

Of course I bet the chances of Mr. Foote playing a week from now are next to none.
