8. Sergei Fedorov, Columbus: While he's getting up there in years, Fedorov is still being paid like a superstar and has been anything but since arriving in November 2005. His numbers have been quite pedestrian. More important, Fedorov has failed to make some of the limited young talent on the Blue Jackets look any better. That's not a good thing when you're approaching your 38th birthday, especially in the last year of a $6 million annual contract.
