Updated lines for tonight

The Dispatch blog has just posted the updated lines for tonight:


Nash -- Peca -- Zherdev
Glencross -- Fedorov -- Vyborny
Novotny -- Brule -- Fritsche
Chimera -- Malhotra -- Boll


The big change here is that Brule is moved to center with Novotny on the wing. Brule was drafted as a center but has been playing wing through most of his short NHL career.


They also note that Modin has a groin tear and as reported here yesterday, will be out 7-10 days.


Big night for GlenX as he gets his shot up the lineup -- then again, Hitch has been rolling 4 lines pretty regularly this season so the 2nd line doesn't quite carry the traditional weight that it has in past lineups. The pitch is that there is a top line - the Nash line - and then there are 3 other lines that will be rolled based on how they are playing.


Remember it was the Chimera-Malhotra-Boll line that carried this team offensively vs. Phoenix - which line will step up tonight?
