Really quickly this morning,
Fredrik Modin (pictured right), Sergei Fedorov, David Vyborny and Rick Nash have been named alternate captains on a rotating basis. Of course for those that don't know, you can only have one captain (Adam Foote) and two alternate captain during one particular game.
Also the Dispatch has up their first podcast called cannon fodder. My only problem with it is that they give Aaron Portzline all the credit for championing the cannon. No offense Aaron but I would give, or at the very least share, that credit to those folks over the posters at HFBoards who called or emailed in to every Doug MacLean pimping the cause. Regardless, we've got it so pats on the backs for everyone.

I'll have a Jackets season preview tonight. Unfortunately the blog has been lacking due to the fact that I'm in training all week and haven't had access to the computer. I hate it when job priorities get in the way :)
