Why?
If the Avalanche win this series the best the 1st rond pick that we got for Foote could be is between 27-30.
If they lose we are looking at around 20 to 21. The lower the pick obviously the higher the trade value.
Wings up 2-1 in the 1st period of the 1st game.
Lets Go Wi.....I just can't do it... but I do hope they win this series and then I'll root like hell for them to get knocked out the next round.

Wings Hate before Draft Picks!
I like neil's idealism, but since I already sold out by rooting for Colorado to make the playoffs (for the 2008 pick), I'm can't jump ship now and go back to being idealistic. I'm going to stick with what gets us the best picks. I hope that they both beat each other up a heck of a lot, except F**te has to stay healthy until he signs with CO for our '09 pick. Then he's invisible to me.
