I had to do a double-take when I saw this but right now Nikolai Zherdev is leading all NHL players with a +/- of +10.
He's played 15 games and is also tied for the Rangers lead in points with 12.
Of course we Jackets fans know how good Z can be out of the gate but lets see how he fairs over an 82 game season.
Still, those are some early impressive numbers for Z.

We all knew Z had the skills. The problem under Hitch, specially last year, is that Hitch played the Dump and Chase offense. Which did not play to Z's skills.
Now that Hitch is not playing the Dump and Loose.. I mean Chase offense anymore, I think Z would've had much the same success her this year.

Struggling CBJ players get traded to become all stars.
